Edisto at Golden Hour - Tyler & Amy Womble

I met Amy years ago when we were in a mutual friend’s wedding. Amy and I stood side-by-side in that wedding, and it’s really a miracle anything serious got done at the rehearsal because I just remember us chatting and laughing the entire time. About a month after that mutual friend’s wedding, Tyler & Amy got married and moved up to N.C.

Here we are, 5 years later, and Tyler & Amy just celebrated their 5th wedding anniversary!

Every year, Amy and her family vacation in Edisto, and she had this neat idea of me driving down there to take some photos of them, and she would put her wedding dress back on and they would recreate some of their wedding photos.

After taking a trip down memory lane,Tyler & Amy slipped into something more casual, and we took pictures until the sun went down.

When I see these pictures of Amy, I can hear her laughing.

I think the best part of this whole day was that I actually got to bring that mutual friend with me to Edisto, and we surprised Amy! It was such a sweet evening, and I can’t wait to see these sweet friends again soon.
